Een PC voeding levert meerdere bruikbare, gestabiliseerde voltages bij ruim voldoende vermogens voor een robot. Er zitten enkel wel veel stekkertjes aan. Welke aansluitingen (overzicht) wil je gebruiken? Misschien vind je deze adapter gemakkelijk of deze adapter.

- Gevaarlijk
Geen 220Vac in de tuin gebruiken, tenzij u zeker weet wat u doet. Het kan levensgevaarlijk zijn. Plaats daarom altijd de voedingsunit binnenshuis of in een schuur of iets dergelijks.
- Beschadigen voeding
Let op: dit is een schakelende voeding en een schakelende voeding mag nooit zonder belasting draaien, want dan zal hij kapot gaan door oververhitting.

| Omdat een PC in staat moet zijn om zichzelf af te sluiten bevat iedere voedingsunit de GROENE zogenaamde "remote ON/OFF" of "Power ON". De voedingseenheid zal zichzelf aanschakelen als je deze groene (TTL compatibel) draad verbindt met de aarde. De voedingseenheid schakelt zichzelf weer aan zodra je de groene draad weer losschakelt van de aarde. De voedingseenheid heeft dan ongeveer een halve seconde nodig om te stabiliseren. Ten teken dat de eenheid is gestabiliseerd zal de grijze "POWER OK" draad van aarde naar 5Vdc schakelen.

Cannibalising an old PC gave me a Codegen 300 XX power unit. It meets the Intel specifications ATX 2.03(P4). This unit supplies a nice collection of stabilised voltages. Furthermore it uses a standard connector. Misschien vind je deze adapter gemakkelijk of deze adapter. This unit is used in for example schuurverlichting.

- Voeding achtertuin

| Voor de voeding van de 12Vdc ringleiding in de tuin gebruik ik een ATX voeding. Ik wil dat deze dusdanig geschakeld wordt dat hij voeding geeft zodra de stekker in het stopcontact wordt gestoken. Daartoe moet de groene draad worden verbonden met een zwarte. Verder hebben we de gele draad (12Vdc) en een zwarte draad (aarde) nodig om de ringleiding op aan te sluiten.
Wat is waterdicht? IP67 en IP68?
1x 24-pin ATX Connector, 1x 4-pin ATX Connector, 1x Molex Connector, 1x Floppy Connector, 5x SATA Connector.
Voor het 12Vdc ringnet in de tijn gebruiken wij grijze pvc buis.
