Red LED: Charging
Green LED: Charging completed
Blue LED: There is a load in the USB

The one USB is input and the other one is the output. Do not connect the wrong way around since a wrong polarity will fry this chip. It smokes rather well though :(. Did not get it up and running so no extra information yet.
